Commercial space renovation after 25+ years

Renovation of a commercial space seeking to optimize space utilization and storage capacity after more than 25 years of operation. The project relocates the interior staircase from the back to the double-height space, transforming it into a sculptural element. This frees up storage and workshop areas. The mezzanine's dividing wall is removed to restore the original single-space storage, revealing the original wrought iron pillars.
