Change of use from commercial to accessible dwelling

Conversion of a commercial space into a dwelling with a minimal program and open plan, with a single compartmentalized bathroom. The bedroom is located at the rear for reduced noise, while the living-dining-kitchen area occupies the front near the entrance. A transparent transitional portal connects exterior and interior, maximizing natural light through dual opposing facades with translucent glazing.
