Facade rehabilitation with decorative HPL panels

Minimal intervention on the facade of an existing residence in Salinas, Asturias. The project aims to address defects, renew materials and give the home a fresh appearance. Surfaces are homogenized by removing existing moldings, decorative HPL lattice panels are installed on the second-floor facade, and wooden shutters are placed to match the overall color palette.
